One Week Help
So I am hooking up with this guy in a week. ONE WEEK. So I would like to get in the best shape I can in that week. Nothing outrageous. Proper nutrition and exercise. That being said, what tips can you give me to help shed water weight or tone up muscles?

3 day fast
So I have been bad for about a month and I mean BAD. I have been eating awful junk food and things that are very high in fat and sodium. So I am going to do a three day fast. I know it isnt the best for you, but it will kick everything off on the right foot. So I am only going to drink lemon water, lemon water, lemon water. If I get really weak or dizzy or faint I am going to have a little brown rice.

Tumblr Friends! I am back! I am so sorry, life has been so crazy lately. I have returned to tell you about my latest discovery. HOT YOGA!!! Do you have any idea the health benefits of hot yoga?! First of all yoga, with all the stretching and moving eliminates toxins from your body and helps move everything along. Second, the sweat that you shed is beyond belief, it cleans your skin and leaves you feeling silky soft after a shower of course. The third and final thing? It burns between 500-1000 calories depending on your weight! Not to mention yoga has been proven to actually change your bodies cravings and your minds thoughts on health. GO CHECK IT OUT!! You have to commit to 3 times a week at least though.

Banana & Cream Cheese Stuffed French Toast
What you’ll need:
- 2 slices whole wheat or multi-grain bread
- ½ banana
- 1-2 tbsp low-fat cream cheese
- 1 tbsp toasted almonds, chopped
- ½ tbsp honey
- Nutmeg
- Cinnamon
- 1 large organic egg
- 2 tbsp 1% milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- cooking spray
Spread ½-1 tbsp of cream cheese on each slice of bread. Slice the banana lengthwise into 4-5 thin strips and layer banana over the cream cheese. On the other slice of bread, sprinkle toasted almonds, nutmeg, cinnamon, and honey. Place one piece of bread over the other making a sandwich.
Whisk egg, milk and vanilla in a shallow dish. Place the sandwich in egg mixture; flipping over to make sure each side is coated in egg. Sauté on low to medium heat in a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray until golden brown.
Top with blueberries and powdered sugar.
Serves: 1 (Perfect!)
